Tibet was, until 1950, a closed country that had been visited by only a handful of people. Today, visiting Tibet is considerably easier, but the adventure remains. Tibet is a land unlike any other, a magical realm of vast opens spaces, clear light and pure color, dominated by an intensely blue sky. While remote corners of the world fell to inevitable modernization, this vast mountain – locked land was left alone for centuries to develop a unique civilization on the "Roof of the World". This remote land shelters an ancient and highly developed culture revolving around a unique form of Buddhism. Tibet is studded with gilt-roofed temples and richly decorated monasteries.
For centuries this snow capped mountain in Western Tibet has been revered by Hindus and Buddhists alike as the Throne of the Gods and the mystical centre of the universe. Two lakes, Manasarovar and Rakastal, lie at the southern foot of Mt. Kailash. Ritual bathing in the lakes is performed to wash away sins.

Reconized By and Popular among People as The Roof of the World, TIBET has fascinated humanity for centuries. This land beyond the mighty Himalayas, on the highest plateau of the world, was inaccessible to the outside world and has always been a challenge to all mortal beings as a unique destination: Tibet is a land of spectacular skylines, majestic mountain peaks, breath taking canyons, serene high-land lakes, rolling pastures and farmlands & pristine Forests. It also is a land of ancient Buddhist culture, artistic monasteries and centuries-old caravan trails. Its snow-covered mountains and windswept plateau are the highest in the world. The world's highest mountain - Mount Everest, rises in southern Tibet. Ka-erh in western Tibet, with an elevation of more than 15,000 feet (4,570 meters) above sea level, is believed to be the highest town in the world.
According to the Hindus Mythology, Lord Shiva spends his most of the time on the top of the holy Mount Kailash, practicing Yogic austerities, joy and love with his divine consort Parbati (Mother of Mythology). The Lake Mansarovar and the holy Mount Kailash are the SOUL of all AUM followers in the world. "Conventional wisdom says a single circuit of Mt.
